Tropical Storm Colin expected to slam Florida's Gulf Coast
A powerful tropical storm is barreling toward the southeast. Heavy rain and severe flooding threaten much of the Florida coast. Tropical Storm Colin is churning in the Gulf of Mexico. It is on track to hit the southern U.S. with winds around 50 mph. David Begnaud reports from Clearwater Beach, Florida.
