Traces of weed killer found in wine and beer, public interest group reports
According to a new study, traces of the chemical glyphosate, which is found in the weed killer Roundup, were found in 19 out of 20 beers and wines tested. The levels of glyphosate were all below the level the EPA risk level. The director of the campaign to ban Roundup for the U.S. Public Interest Research Group, Kara Cook-Schultz, explains why the new findings should spark action.
