Top U.S. election security official says Russia will "be back" to interfere in 2020

Americans vote Tuesday in state and local elections around the country, less than one year before the 2020 presidential election. There are still concerns about foreign interference in next year's campaign like we saw in 2016. The government's top election security official says the threat has not gone away. "CBS This Morning" co-host Tony Dokoupil spoke with Chris Krebs, director of DHS' Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, to see what it's doing to protect your vote.
