Tips for being better at making decisions
It’s estimated we make about 35,000 decisions every day from what to eat for breakfast to how to spend money. Researchers say there are two types of decision-makers: assessment decision-makers, who do extensive research, and locomotive decision-makers, who choose quickly based on available information. Psychiatrist Dr. Sue Varma joins "CBS This Morning" with some tips on how to be a better at making those thousands of daily decisions.
