Tina Tchen, Michelle Obama's former chief of staff, announced as new head of Time's Up
Tina Tchen, the former chief of staff to first lady Michelle Obama, has been announced as the new head of Time's Up. Tchen is a a co-founder of the Time's Up legal defense fund and a lawyer herself. She joined "CBS This Morning" for her first interview as the organization's new leader.
