Thousands of elderly residents could be evicted in Louisiana
In Louisiana, thousands of elderly and disabled people could soon lose their Medicaid benefits because the state is facing a budget shortfall. Eviction notices are going out Thursday for some people in nursing homes. CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reports.
