While millions are bracing for the severe weather to come, Texans are still recovering from days of heavy downpours and deadly flooding that resulted in hundreds of rescues. Residents in the Houston area are finally returning to their homes to assess the damage after the flood waters began receding overnight. Janet Shamlian reports.
