Texas congressmen, a Democrat and a Republican, take long road trip to D.C.
GOP Rep. Will Hurd and Democratic Rep. Beto O'Rourke, both from Texas, decided to take a road trip together back to Washington after the blizzard ruined their travel plans. Chip Reid caught up with them on Skype and reports on how the drive is going.
