Telegram CEO Pavel Durov facing up to 10 years in prison for alleged criminal activity on app

Telegram CEO and co-founder Pavel Durov could spend up to 10 years behind bars with French authorities accusing him of allowing criminal activity on his popular encrypted app. Durov is facing multiple charges and he must remain in France during the investigation.
