Ted Cruz is first to announce bid for 2016 presidency
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz announced his presidential campaign on Twitter overnight, becoming the first major Republican to enter the race. Cruz will launch his campaign Monday morning at a rally in Lynchburg, Virginia. Chip Reid reports.
