Surgeon arrested after hospital receives alarming report
CBS affiliate WKYT-TV's cameras captured video of police arresting a plastic surgeon near a hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Hospital officials called the police after receiving a report that a possibly intoxicated physician showed up for surgery.
