Supreme Court rules New York gun law violates Second Amendment rights
The U.S. Supreme Court has struck down a New York law that required residents to show a "special need" in order to get a license to carry a concealed handgun in public. The court, in a 6 to 3 ruling, said the law violated the Constitution. Adam Winkler, a professor at UCLA School of Law, joins Jamie Yuccas on CBS News to discuss.
