Stormy Daniels' lawyer seeks to depose Trump, Michael Cohen
Stormy Daniels, who claims she had a one-time sexual encounter with Donald Trump in 2006, is now trying to force the president to answer questions under oath. Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, filed a motion overnight asking a federal judge for permission to question the president and his private attorney, Michael Cohen, about a non-disclosure agreement.
