Starbucks' Howard Schultz: Anti-bias training "just a beginning"
Every company-owned Starbucks store in the U.S. will close for a time this afternoon for racial bias training after the arrest of two black men inside a Philadelphia outpost in April. Starbucks executive chairman Howard Schultz joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss how the company plans to globalize the training and become a "beacon of hope" in communities.
