Special Report: U.S. raises flag over embassy in Cuba
After 54 years, the U.S. embassy in Havana officially reopened Friday. A flag-raising ceremony marked the historic occasion, and Secretary of State John Kerry spoke at the flag raising ceremony in a symbolic step of normalized relations between Cuba and the United States.
