Special Report: U.K Parliament on lockdown after shots fired
London's Parliament is on lockdown after a police officer was stabbed and the suspect shot outside of the building. Police say they are treating it as a terrorist incident. CBS News correspondent Jonathan Vigliotti has the latest from London.
