South Carolina could ban gender-affirming care, in line with anti-trans laws sweeping U.S.
According to the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, half the country has some sort of anti-trans legislation in effect and more than 20 of those laws were passed this year. CBS News' Lilia Luciano traveled to South Carolina to talk to legislators, medical experts and a transgender teen about the state's efforts to pass a ban on gender-affirming care.
