Sessions on border security: "We have a new sheriff in town"
California said Wednesday that it's joining three other states in sending National Guard troops to the Mexican border. It comes as Attorney General Jeff Sessions flew to the region to deliver a pep talk to law enforcement. CBS News national correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports.
