Senators bridge partisan divide to aid new parents in fight for family leave

A new bipartisan proposal is aimed at giving new parents access to a $5,000 advance. The bill, from Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy and Democrat Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, is one of a number of ideas meant to help more than 100 million Americans who do not have paid parental leave. Nancy Cordes reports.
