Senate to hold separate vote on foreign aid after border deal fails
The Senate failed to advance a joint border and foreign aid bill during a procedural vote Wednesday. Now, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer plans to hold a vote on just the $95 billion in aid. CBS News' Scott MacFarlane and Weijia Jiang have the latest.
