Senate passes debt ceiling deal 63-36, now headed to the President's desk

After a contentious week in Congress, the Senate passed the bipartisan fiscal responsibility act late Thursday 63-36, lifting the debt ceiling until 2025 and narrowly averting default. The bill will now head to President Biden's desk where he is expected to sign it as soon as possible and will address the nation today. Nikole Killion reports.
