Sen. Marco Rubio on new bill for paid family leave, election security funding
Sen. Marco Rubio will introduce a bill today to help parents get paid family leave. Called the Economic Security for New Parents Act, the measure would give parents two months of paid leave by pulling from their future social security benefits. First on "CBS This Morning," Sen. Rubio explains how the bill would work. He also discusses President Trump urging Attorney General Jeff Sessions to end the special counsel Russia probe and why he voted against election security funding.
