Secret Service issues guide to help identify students who may be a threat
The U.S. Secret Service is releasing a new guide to prevent school attacks Thursday morning. The Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center has researched school attacks for nearly 20 years as part of its authorized mission. Lina Alathari, who heads that center and led the team that created this guide, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the importance of every school having an effective threat assessment program as well as standards to examine students who might be exhibiting concerning behavior.
