Secret Santa doles out his gifts with help from some elves in blue
For this year's sleigh ride, Secret Santa enlisted some special helpers; officers from the Kansas City, Kan. police department. As Steve Hartman reports, the recipients of Secret Santa's cash will have a merrier Christmas -- while those who gave it away got something even better.
