Search and rescue efforts underway on Hawaiian island of Kauai after historic rainfall
Parts of the Hawaiian island Kauai saw more than 2 feet of rain, shattering previous records, in 24 hours. Authorities did reopen Kuhio Highway near the Hanalei Bridge following repairs, allowing much-needed supplies to get into the community and those trapped since the rain started Sunday to get out. CBS Honolulu affiliate KGMB's Ashley Nagaoka reports from Kauai.
