Screen time tied to developmental delays in toddlers, study finds

The more time children 2 years old and younger spend in front of a screen, the more likely they will have delays in communication and problem-solving between ages 2 and 4, according to a new study conducted in Japan by JAMA Pediatrics. Rebecca Mannis, a learning specialist at Ivy Prep Learning Center, joined CBS News to discuss the findings.
