San Diego citizens on mayor's return: Time to throw him out
A petition drive has begun in an effort to oust San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, who's accused of sexual harassment. A poll by the newspaper U-T San Diego finds 72 percent of adults in San Diego would sign a recall petition. Filner is set to return to work. Bill Whitaker reports.Aug 19, 2013
