Ryan: House backs short-term Senate bill to end shutdown
House Speaker Paul Ryan blasted Democrats for the government shutdown on CBS News' "Face the Nation" Sunday, but indicated that the House would agree to a deal being discussed in the Senate that would fund the government through Feb. 8, if the upper chamber can pass it.
