Rudy Giuliani says remarks on Moscow Trump Tower talks were "hypothetical"
President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani is walking back statements he made Sunday that conversations about the proposed Trump Tower in Moscow continued until the Mr. Trump won the election.
