Republicans and Democrats entrenched in budget fight
The House voted down a Republican plan to restore funding to three parts of government that received a lot of publicity Tuesday, but Senate Democrats say cherry picking which parts of government to open and which to keep closed is unacceptable. Nancy Cordes reports.
