Rep. Tom Rooney "in shock" after Alexandria shooting
Florida Congressman Tom Rooney had left the Alexandria baseball field just minutes before a shooter opened fire. House Majority Whip Steve Scalise was among those shot during the practice for a charity congressional baseball game. Rooney tells Scalise: "I love you man. I'm sorry I wasn't there with you."
