Democratic voters in Minnesota are heading to the primary polls Tuesday to decide between Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and her challenger, Don Samuels. CBS News political reporter Hunter Woodall has more on that race and some of the other primary votes getting underway Tuesday.
