Rampant cartel and human smuggling in rural Arizona county lead to dangerous police pursuits
The crisis along the U.S.-Mexico border is turning one Arizona county into a deadly speedway for smuggling drugs and people. Investigators say the growing business in Cochise County is run by drug cartels, and that most of the smugglers are American citizens.
