Lewiston, Maine, held a vigil Sunday night to honor the 18 people killed by Robert Card, who was found dead on Friday after a massive two-day search. A statewide alert warning law enforcement about the gunman was sent out last month, prompting questions about whether the shooting could have been prevented.
