When India annexed the southern part of disputed Kashmir, its millions of residents were put under a strict curfew and lockdown. The plight of Kashmiris was vividly captured by AP photographers who were awarded a Pulitzer prize on Monday as the beleaguered region suffers a second lockdown, this time due to coronavirus.
