Protesters arrive, tensions rise before Trump arraignment
Supporters of former President Donald Trump were outside the courthouse in Miami where he'll be arraigned Tuesday. Miami's police chief says enough resources have been deployed to handle a crowd of up to 50,000, far more than the number of demonstrators who arrived Tuesday.
