Prosecutors claim Owen Labrie violated bail terms
Owen Labrie, a former prep school student convicted of sexually assaulting an underage classmate, is heading back to court Friday. He is out on bail pending appeal in a case that brought national attention to a notorious upperclassman tradition at St. Paul's School called the “senior salute.” Labrie’s recent conversation with a journalist on a train led prosecutors to claim he reportedly broke a mandatory curfew. CBS News legal expert Rikki Klieman joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss the case.
