President Trump's Puerto Rico comments
President Trump visited Puerto Rico Tuesday, and joked during a press conference that the recovery effort for the island territory has "thrown our budget a little out of whack" following the devastation of Hurricane Maria. Trump also compared the storm's death toll to Hurricane Katrina.
