President Obama to slow troop withdrawal from Afghanistan
President Obama will announce a major shift in his Afghanistan strategy Thursday. He has decided to slow the pace of the drawdown of U.S. forces, meaning thousands more than initially planned will remain stationed in Afghanistan. Margaret Brennan reports from the White House.
