President-elect Joe Biden says he wants the American public to wear masks for his first 100 days in office to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Mr. Biden continues to build out his coronavirus pandemic response team, and Dr. Anthony Fauci has accepted his offer to join the administration as chief medical adviser.
