Potential tropical storm brings warnings to Texas, Mexico
A brewing tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico could become this hurricane season's first named storm. It is expected to impact the Texas and Mexican coasts, bringing up to four feet of storm surge, flash flooding and strong wind gusts through Thursday.
