Pence lays out his agenda at conservative student conference in Washington
Former Vice President Mike Pence delivered the keynote address this morning at the annual national conservative student conference. The event is hosted by the Young America's foundation. CBS News Washington correspondent Major Garrett was there and offered his analysis.
