Pelosi says she'll send impeachment articles to Senate "soon"
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she's not withholding articles of impeachment "indefinitely" and will probably transmit them to the Senate "soon." But she reiterated her demand that Republicans lay out the rules for the proceedings before she does so. She spoke at her weekly press conference on Capitol Hill on Thursday.
