The family of Harry Dunn, a British teen killed in a car crash in the U.K., is explaining why they're ready to file a civil lawsuit in the United States against the American woman who caused the accident. The 19-year-old was struck and killed in August by a car driven by Anne Sacoolas, the wife of an American official. She left Britain in the middle of the investigation, claiming diplomatic immunity.
