Ohio hospital and doctor accused of giving "lethal" doses of fentanyl
A former Ohio doctor is under investigation for allegedly prescribing "significantly excessive and potentially fatal" doses of fentanyl to dozens of patients who later died. Mount Carmel Hospital reported at least 27 of those patients were near death and receiving intensive care. Twenty-three caregivers, including 14 nurses, six pharmacists, and three managers were placed on leave. Anna Werner reports.
