Obama: Government shutdown "entirely preventable"
Hours before the federal government faces a possible shutdown, President Obama delivered a message outlining the ramifications if congress can not come to an agreement and pass a budget saying, "all of this is entirely preventable if the House chooses to do what the Senate has already done."
