Error in counting NYC mayoral primary votes causes major confusion

New York City's Board of Elections has released corrected vote counts in the Democratic mayoral primary, after accidentally including about 135,000 sample votes in a tally of results. The mistake happened after the city's first election with ranked-choice voting. CBS News reporter Adam Brewster joins Tanya Rivero on "Red and Blue" with more on the race and what went wrong.
