North Carolina trooper fatally shoots unarmed deaf driver
Daniel Harris was shot Thursday after a North Carolina state trooper followed him all the way to Harris' neighborhood. Harris had a hearing and speech impairment and did not have a weapon. His family says the 29-year-old might not have known the trooper was after him, and the trooper might not have been trained to handle someone with a handicap. Jericka Duncan reports.
