NOAA scientists discover new species of gelatinous marine animal
A team of NOAA oceanographers confirmed their discovery of a new type of comb jelly. The creature was first seen just off the coast of Puerto Rico. It's the first time NOAA has discovered a new species based solely off high definition video footage. Dr. Michael Ford was part of the team that made the discovery. He joined CBSN's Elaine Quijano to discuss.
