New York to crack down on online ticket scalpers
New York's attorney general will release a sweeping report Thursday on how scalpers take advantage of online ticket sales. Some second-hand tickets to see her top $9,000. CBS News legal expert Rikki Klieman joins “CBS This Morning” to explain the practice.
